Accountant
Job Description:
This position will complete various duties for the Accounting Department. The Accountant supports the CFO in various accounting functions including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Accountant reports directly to thefollowing:
- CFO and Senior Accountant
DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:
- Support General Ledger and Month End Closing
- Handle Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection
- Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis
- Inventory Reconciliation and Manage Fixed Assets
- Handle Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Prepare Sales and Use Tax Filing, Calculate Sales Commissions
- Assist Senior Accountant with Cost Schedules, Account Analysis, etc.
- Internal Audit and Coordinate with External Auditors on various auditing needs
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Advanced working knowledge of accounting software and EPR System
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with complex issues

Quality Assurance Associate
Job Description:
The QA Associate is responsible of inspecting products at different phases in their development to ensure they meet a set of consistent standards. Their duties include performing visual inspections, recording quality issues and planning processes to decrease the instance of defects in products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:
- Create new Batch Control Worksheets from. signed off customer SPECs;
- Compile and maintain master formulas and bill of material documentation to ensure accurate and quality finished product that meet and/or exceed GMP standards;
- Complete ERP entries for item Master keys, bills of material, and lab releases;
- Review manufacturing batch records prior to being released to Production;
- Compile, implement, and maintain deviation records and QA releases;
- Compile and maintain records of document form changes, deviation records, and QA releases;
- Create and maintain various Microsoft Access database files;
- Update Batch Control Worksheets from change request received from Sales department;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a comparable clerical or manufacturing position;
- High School Diploma required; some college experience preferred;
- Intermediate mathematical, problem-solving and communication skills;
- General computer concepts;
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word;
- Working knowledge of ERP or other inventory tracking software.

Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer ServiceRepresentative is responsible for providing product and service information, taking incoming calls from customers and transmitting necessary information to various Departments within the Company. The Customer Service Representative will act as the Point of Contact with customers in resolving product and service issues which implies effective communication between all parties involved.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and text messages
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction and act as liaison between customers and internal departments by forwarding questions and answers
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Accepts inbound calls and emails from end users for areas of customer support, covering various brands and product lines
- Places outbound calls to end users to follow up on updates and in response to voicemail messages

- Reports any issues that are becoming noticeably more prevalent amongst different customers
- Understand how 4Excelsior completes orders from receipt of an order through to the shipment to the customer to be an effective part of the customer service team
- Request packing lists, providing packing list/BOLs to warehouse
- Confirm customer item receipt emails along w/providing any clarification on any shipping documents
- Keep track of inventory based on ship outs
- Provide customer with updated inventory
- Work with accounting team to provide documentation of ship outs to invoice accordingly
- Ship retains samples to the appropriate people/department in a timely manner and keep log of quantities for invoicing
- Follow SOPs while being flexible and adapting to requests and assignments from upper management
- Other duties as assigned

Inventory Control Coordinator
Job Description:
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible to track of the supplies in the warehouse and managers orders to facilitate production. Their duties include signing off on shipments, counting number of available product and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:
- Be familiar with companypolicies (such as SOPs) to complete all assignments
- Count designated product daily
- Research inventorydiscrepancies and correctadjustments
- Track and report non-conforming product
- Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
- Follow GMP and SOPs for the department
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Shipping and Receiving of merchandise
- Verification of received items against purchase orders and packing list or invoice
- Inspect condition of merchandise received
- Prepare shipment and shipping documents
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to handle a forklift and pallet jack
- Able to stand on feet for long periods
- Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into the inventory management database
- Receive and issue finished goods into the inventory management database
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and quality team
- Record and monitor all items shelf-life exportation and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired
- Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights
- Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor preferred; some college work required
- 2-3 years of work experience in an inventory control field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Production Development/Planning Coordinator
Job Description:
The Product Dev./Planning Coordinator performs various projects duties supporting the document issuing processes. This includes creating Bill of Materials (BOM) in the system, updating formulations, Batch Production Record, Record Retention and Maintenance and Production Efficiency.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Product Dev./Planning Coordinator reports directly to the following:
- Industrial Engineer & The Lead of Planning Department
DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
The following responsibilities would characterize the requirements of this position. Must possess the skills necessary to perform the majority of the listed functions:
- The Production Development Coordinator performs various projects and duties supporting the document issuing processes
- Monitor production cycle time and overall production processes to improve inventory and supply chain
- Monitor quality issues, make schedules, and conduct root cause analysis for adjustments in production
- Maintain efficient communication channels with customer Service, Production and Warehouse teams
- Data entry and Creating BOM in system per work order, based on FPS
- Process Batch Production Record, Review Production worksheets for accuracy and consistency against SFP prior to production
- Maintain project evaluation files and reports that reflect the step-by-step process in projects
- Document all new and revised product label proofs, and route them through R&D and Quality for final approval
- Maintain final product change records in the Bill of Material and Production Record
- Data entry and Creating Bill of Materials (BOM) in system per work order, based on Finished Product Specification (FPS)
- Process Batch Production Record, Review Production worksheets for accuracy and consistency against Supplement Facts Panel (SFP) prior to production
- Maintain project evaluation files and reports that reflect the step-by-step process in projects
- Maintain final product change records in the Bill of Material and Production Record
